SHIPPING
Each bag is carefully prepared before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for packing and processing your order.
Local - All orders qualify for free delivery within Singapore.
International - Orders are sent via registered mail or courier and typically arrive within 7–10 business days, depending on destination.
If you need your order sooner, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, either to Singapore or beyond, you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order.
TAXES AND DUTIES
International shipping costs do not include any taxes or duties, which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.
LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may assist you.
LATE DELIVERIES
In estimating your delivery time, please note that delivery times may vary. Most orders will be dispatched within 1–3 business days of placing an order. We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame; however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries.
RETURNS
At Desti Saint we pride ourselves on our luxurious designs and craftsmanship, however, we understand that there may be times where you will need to return an item purchased from us. Full-priced items may be exchanged or returned, provided that the conditions in this Policy are satisfied.
• Product must be in its original condition, meaning that: tags are still intact, items are in their original packaging and items have not been altered or damaged
• If the fault is major (as determined at the sole discretion of Desti Saint) you may elect to receive a replacement product, a credit or a refund of the original purchase amount (except if the original purchase was made using store credit).
