Alternatively, if you have seen something online that is not listed on our web store, is unavailable at one of our fine retailers, or if you just want to browse available stock of our past and present collections all in one place – feel free to write to us at email@example.com to schedule a viewing session at our showroom.

All domestic orders are delivered free of charge using a registered courier service.
International orders through our website use dynamic shipping rates at your option. Other international orders will use reputable courier services offering the best rate to your location.
If you have a preferred shipping method (Speedpost EMS, FedEx, UPS etc.), please contact us at email@example.com before placing your order to request a shipping quotation.
We’d be happy for you to pick up your purchase from our Showroom. If you would like to self-collect, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you to schedule a mutually agreeable time.
We are happy to exchange your full-priced products only, subject to stock availability. All exchanges must be in original, brand new condition – Please email us at email@example.com to notify us of the exchange before mailing it out. Upon confirmation, please return the handbag(s) via registered post only. All postage fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
You can use them by entering them at the checkout. Please note that promotion codes are only applicable to full-priced products and cannot be used on sale items.
We can change or cancel your order for non-sale items - subject to stock availability.
However, once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to process any changes. So please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order.
