To return your item please contact us. Our advisors will talk you through the process and make sure it is straightforward. Items should be returned within 14 days of purchase, complete with all tags and in the same condition you received the item in.
Once we’ve received your item and checked it for faults and damage, we will issue an immediate refund that, depending on your banking provider, should reach your account within three working days.
