Return or exchange your purchase
We accept returns up to seven days after a sale. You’ll need to provide us with your receipt or invoice and return the item in its original packaging.
We’re happy to offer a full refund or exchange the bag for another type, size or colour.
Returns from overseas
If you need to ship your item to us, we count the seven days from the day the bag was delivered to you to the day you post it back to us.
If you’re sending us a return we’d recommend using a delivery service that insures the items for you. We can’t take responsibility for any items you send until they arrive with us.
If you find we sent the wrong order or there’s a fault with the product, you can make a return within 30 days and get a full refund. Please email us the details of the fault and we’ll be in touch to let you know what to do next.
As well as replacing the bag or refunding cost we’ll pay for the return shipping and the cost of shipping the replacement bag to you.
How long does it take?
International shipping normally takes around seven working days. We will be in touch once we receive your return.
If the item was discounted the refund will match the amount you paid.
What do I send where?
Please send back the purchase and the paperwork (receipt or invoice).
