Which credit cards do you accept?
We use Paypal. They accept online payments from customers with or without PayPal accounts. You can use any major credit or debit card, such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. EChecks, bank transfers and PayPal accounts are also accepted.
How do I make an order?
Once you’ve found the bag you want, click the ‘Make this bag your own’ button. Follow the instructions and you’ll be directed to PayPal to make your payment.
How do get on the waiting list for a bag that’s out of stock?
If the bag you want is out of stock you’ll see an ‘Add me to the waiting list’ button. Click on this and follow the steps to place your order. You won’t need to make payment straight away.
When the bag is back in stock we’ll send you an email. Follow the links to make the payment and we’ll ship the order to you.
If you’re on the waiting list you’ll get an opportunity to buy the bag before everyone else. However, we only keep this offer open for one week. After this time the bags will be available on line as usual.
Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries in Europe, Asia, Australasia and America. When you make an order we ask you to choose your country and then we tell you how much the shipping costs.
Do I have to pay postage for orders in Singapore?
No, we don’t charge you postage for orders in Singapore.
What rates do you charge for international shipping?
We charge you what we pay the carrier for the cost of shipping your order. When you make your order and tell us your shipping address we’ll calculate the shipping cost for your country. Our rates cover the cost of standard shipping from our base in Singapore.
How do I make a return?
You can make a return to us within seven days of receiving your orders. Read more about returns.
